Complaints Policy
Blanchard Legal Services Limited is committed to providing a high-quality legal service. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can try to resolve the issue promptly. In the first instance, it may be helpful to contact the person dealing with your matter to discuss your concerns, and we will do our best to address them. If you wish to make a formal complaint, please request a copy of our full complaints procedure. Making a complaint will not affect the way in which we handle your matter.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman, which deals with complaints about legal services (telephone 0300 555 0333, website www.legalombudsman.org.uk). Complaints to the Legal Ombudsman should usually be made within six months of our final response and no later than one year from the act or omission complained about, or from when you should reasonably have known about it.
The Solicitors Regulation Authority may also assist if you have concerns about our professional conduct (www.sra.org.uk).
Cybercrime Warning
We will never notify you of a change to our bank details by email. If you receive any message requesting payment or purporting to change our bank details, please contact us immediately using a known telephone number before making any payment.
